Derrick Venne: VP of Custom Sales 

Derrick has worked in South Florida’s Custom Home Construction Industry for 15 years. After starting his career in project management, Derrick has been a luxury impact window and door consultant for more than a decade. As VP of Sales for our Custom Division, Derrick shares his expertise with his team to ensure every detail is considered on every project.  

Jason Malouf: VP of Sales – Steel Division 

Jason began his construction career more than 20 years ago. He started as a luxury home builder facilitating site development, design, and project execution. He has used this expertise in the glass, glazing, and fenestration industry for almost 15 years. His attention to detail and eye for design make him an ideal guide for any steel window and door project. Jason was involved in many prestigious projects across Florida, including The Plaza at Coral Gables, The Oxford Exchange in Tampa, and many generational estates along the Atlantic Coast. 

John McGovern: Director of Operations  

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry including several years in Project Management, John has successfully managed hundreds of high-end window and door installations. In his current role, John trains and manages our team of Project Managers, Installers, and Service Techs to ensure everyone is performing to the highest standard.
