For projects with completed plans and blueprints, they will create detailed takeoffs and schedules for quoting and ordering. For replacement projects, the team can virtually guide you through the proper measuring technique, all to ensure a precise fit.

These products are all available with coastal options, including Duranar and Kynar paint, upgraded hardware, stainless steel fasteners, and CoreGuard treated wood guaranteed not to rot for 20 years. 

Project Documents

Throughout the ordering process, we will provide detailed documentation including complete blueprint takeoffs, shop drawings, and full product specifications. These documents are available in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.

Delivery and Services

Crating & Bundles

The most important part of any window and door export order is the secure delivery of products. To ensure the safest and most convenient shipping, we offer several options for exporting your products. We offer crating services and can bundle orders from multiple manufacturers together to improve delivery efficiency. 

Coordination & Management

No matter the delivery method, our team handles all coordination and management of your order. For orders shipping with freight forwarders, we will prepare all required documents and schedule delivery directly to the freight forwarder. We create copies of invoices, packing lists, and shipping manifests as needed for the forwarder and customs. Containers can also be delivered to our West Palm Beach warehouse and loaded with your product. Direct to jobsite and on-island delivery are available; simply request a custom delivery quote for these options. 

Certifications

When you purchase hurricane impact windows and doors from us, we guarantee that they have passed the certification tests of either the Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance or Florida Product Approval processes. This ensures that they meet Florida Building Code for structure and HVHZ compliance, the strictest code for building materials. For installers and contractors, we supply all installation guides and instructions directly from manufacturers to assist with a seamless construction process.

Ongoing Service and Support

In addition to windows and doors, our team and manufacturing partners offer a variety of support for your project. This includes virtual installation assistance, factory-trained personnel that can meet on the jobsite, and our ongoing service center will assist with warranty parts ordering and delivery.
